The School of Combined Arms reaffirms its institutional commitment with the graduation of three mandatory courses

In total, 759 men and women successfully completed the academic training programs, receiving diplomas certifying the strengthening of their professional and leadership competencies.

As students, each of them approached this training process with discipline and commitment, acquiring new knowledge that will enable them to face the challenges inherent in serving the institution and the country with responsibility and sound judgment.

The closing ceremonies took place during a military ceremony between May 12 and 15 and were filled with recognition of the efforts of our officers and non-commissioned officers. The first ceremony was for the Advanced Training Course, in which 422 second sergeants received their insignia from the Commander of the National Army, Major General Royer Gómez Herrera.

Subsequently, the second ceremony was held, presided over by the Deputy Commander of the National Army, Major General Jaime Alonso Galindo, where 96 captains and 120 lieutenants from the Command and Intermediate courses successfully completed this stage of professional training.

Finally, on Friday, the closing ceremony for the Advanced Leadership Course was held, attended by Major General Jose Bertulfo Sotto Sanchez, Chief of Joint Staff of the National Army. On this occasion, 121 first sergeants aspiring to attain the rank of sergeant major received recognition for their commitment, dedication to service, and unwavering devotion to the institution, which have been reflected in more than 26 years of service to the country.

In this way, the Army’s Combined Arms School continues to reaffirm its commitment to training the institution’s members. A total of 759 military personnel, including officers and non-commissioned officers, are now at the force’s disposal, ready to apply their skills and capabilities to fulfill the constitutional mission.
