Soldiers specialized in disaster response arrived in Cali to support the people of Valle del Cauca

These soldiers bring specialized capabilities, including a canine team trained in search and rescue operations, a drone equipped with thermal imaging, and specialized equipment, as well as the training and experience necessary to assist with search, rescue, and relief efforts for the population.

At the same time, soldiers from the Third Brigade are assisting with the evacuation of affected residents in certain areas of Cali, facilitating their transfer to safe zones while verification and rescue operations are underway.

With their arrival, the National Army is strengthening its capabilities in Valle del Cauca, reaffirming its commitment to be present where Colombians need it most.
