National Army cadets enhance their training in the United States, one of the opportunities for international exposure offered by a military career

Over the course of eight weeks, the future non-commissioned officers will receive instruction in leadership, decision-making, teamwork, and small-unit command, alongside members of military forces from various countries across the continent, in an academic environment focused on the exchange of professional knowledge and experiences.

This delegation was chosen from among the students with the best academic and military performance, in a process that recognizes their commitment, discipline, and the results achieved during their training as future non-commissioned officers of the National Army.

In this regard, this experience represents an opportunity to operate in a multinational setting, learn about different approaches to military training, and interact with members of other armed forces.

Likewise, it will allow them to broaden their understanding of the challenges currently faced by armies in an increasingly interconnected context, in addition to strengthening their abilities in adaptation, communication, and collaborative work.

Participation in international training programs is one of the opportunities available to the men and women who pursue a military career.

In this way, the Military Non-Commissioned Officers’ School contributes to the development of the Force’s human talent, men and women with a broader perspective on institutional challenges in the areas of security and defense.
