More than 300 BADRES military personnel were retrained with specialized skills

For six weeks, more than 300 men, including officers, noncommissioned officers, and soldiers, strengthened their operational capabilities by receiving demanding and intensive training under the leadership of ESERT, a unit with highly qualified instructors.

Throughout this period, the military personnel received instruction in water survival, weapons, shooting range, healthcare, planning, communications, and direct action, which are specialized skills that contribute to the National Army's operational effectiveness.

It is important to note that the retrained personnel were certified by the Air Assault School (ESASA in Spanish) with the Basic Air Assault Course, a specialty that strengthens their abilities and skills to carry out airborne operations in hard-to-reach places.

This rigorous training seeks to prepare troops to face various threats and guarantee territorial order and security in the country, especially in more complex areas such as Arauca, Cauca, Guaviare, Meta, and Norte de Santander.
