Ejército Nacional, en el cumplimento de lo ordenado en sentencia No.18001-33-33-753-2014-00080-01 proferida por el Tribunal Administrativo del Caquetá de fecha 20 de octubre de 2022, dentro del medio de control reparación Directa, demandantes ANGELA VIVEROS CORTES, JOSÈ JUAN CORTÉS MINA, INGRIS CORTÉS VIVEROS , LUZ MILA CORTÉS VIVEROS Y ALEXANDER CORTÉS VIVEROS, Se permite reconocer responsabilidad por las afectaciones sufridas a los familiares del señor Sargento Segundo JOSÉ CORTÉS VIVEROS, por su lamentable muerte, ocurrida el día 28 de abril de 2012 en la vereda la Esmeralda, Corregimiento de San Isidro del municipio de La Montañita, por miembros de las FARC.
