Farc censured for mined fields installation and explosive’s sowing

At 10:32 am, narco-terrorist’s from the ‘Teófilo Forero Castro Mobile Column, injured the second sergeant Darío Acosta Rodríguez, causing him the mutilation of the left foot and to the professional soldiers Ramiro Martínez Díaz, Cesar Mosquera Lucumí and Luis Beltrán González, producing to them injuries in the upper members due to the splinters and the explosive wave, when they activated a mined field prepared by the Farc.
The above mentioned fact occurred in the place known as Chorreras, Puerto Rico municipality, Caquetá Department, constitutes a flagrant infraction to the International Humanitarian law contemplated in the article 35 of the additional Protocol I 1977 to the Four Geneva Agreements in 1949-approved with the Law 11, 1992-, and in the Ottawa Convention in1997-approved with the Law 454, 2000 -. Also a war crime, according to that prescribed by the article 8 from the International Penal Court Statute in 1998 - approved with the Law 742, 2000 -.
At the same time this conduct perpetrated by the Farc configures several crimes, according to that consecrated in the articles 111-personal injures 142-usage of illicit means and war methods -, from the Colombian Penal Code-Law 599, 2000.
Once again the FARC amid their criminal politics uses mines and traps in a deliberate and indiscriminate way against the people when locating them in free mobilization areas causing disproportionate noxious effects impacting their implementation in the peasant’s displacement towards other regions generating fear and terror.
