The objective of the training is to communicate the strategy and tools for the implementation of Balanced Scorecard in the Colombian Army, providing more effective evaluation of every one of the Armed Forces processes.
Balanced Scorecard is a work methodology helping organizations to translate strategy into measurable terms promoting positive behavior and performance toward strategic objectives.
The 50 hour training was given to officers, NCOs and civil personnel whose work is functional administrators or people in charge of feeding the information system for the Action Plan and Campaign Plan 2010.
The academic course will allow the strengthening of management plans and evaluations as well as results from the Armed Forces through each of the Directions, Sections and Major Operational Units.
